A bathroom is the most personal room in the house, and usually the one asked to do the most in the least space.

What a bathroom project covers

Some clients come to us for a single dated hall bath. Others want a primary suite reworked from the studs out. Both start the same way: measuring what you have, and finding the space that is being wasted.

We handle shower systems, bathtub replacement, vanities and storage, tile, lighting, ventilation and full layout reconfiguration. Where plumbing or electrical needs moving, we bring in the trade partners we have used for years rather than whoever is available that week.

Waterproofing and tile detailing are where bathrooms are won or lost, so those stay with our own craftsmen.

Shower systems

Curbless entries, benches, niches and glass, waterproofed properly beneath the tile where it matters most.

Bathtub replacement

Freestanding soakers or a straight swap of a dated unit, including the framing and plumbing changes that come with it.

Vanities and storage

Cabinetry, tops and mirrors scaled to the room, with storage that keeps the counter clear.

Layout reconfiguration

Reworking the footprint, borrowing from a closet or hallway when a room needs space it does not currently have.

Which areas of Central Indiana do you work in?

We remodel homes across Indianapolis and the surrounding communities, including Carmel, Zionsville, Westfield, Fishers, Geist, Noblesville, Broad Ripple, Meridian-Kessler, Irvington, Avalon Hills and Franklin Township. If you are not sure whether your neighborhood is covered, call the office and ask. We have almost certainly worked nearby.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Kitchens, bathrooms, finished basements, room additions, interior and exterior remodeling, window installation and entry doors through our 26 Entries division. Some clients come to us for a single hall bathroom, others for a whole-home transformation. Both get the same designers, the same craftsmen and the same process.

Do you use subcontractors?

As little as possible. We employ a permanent staff of skilled craftsmen who handle demolition, framing, drywall, carpentry, painting, tile and flooring in house. For masonry, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling we work with trade partners we have used for years, so your project keeps the same level of consistency from the first day to the last.

Can I see materials before I decide?

Yes, and we would rather you did. Our Southeastern Avenue showroom lets you put cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring and paint colors next to one another in the same room instead of picking them from separate stores. A second experiential design center in Carmel is on the way.

How do we get started?

It begins with a phone call to 317-352-9022 or a booking through this site. From there we arrange a visit to your home, measure the space, and talk through what you want to change. If you are early on and only have budget questions, that is a fine place to start too.
